At The Traveling Vineyard, we are passionate about wine and it shows! Our mission is to demystify the wine tasting and buying process by offering fun and informative in-home wine tasting events! Our guests get to explore the world of wine in the comfort of their home and enjoy a wine tasting lesson just like those offered at vineyards and around the world!

We know that everyone enjoys socializing with friends, tasting and learning about fantastic wines and getting a great value on the products they love! That's why we have trained a team of traveling Wine Consultants to bring the tasting room to your living room, complete with five full bottles of our exclusive wine to enjoy with your guests – the cost of the tasting – FREE!

We carry phenomenal boutique wines from all over the world as well as a catalog of wine accessories to compliment your wine experience. You can literally get paid to drink wine!

About Me

I was invited to a Traveling Vineyard wine tasting in January 2005. My first thought when I got the evite was “why hasn’t anyone told me this company existed?” I’ve had a passion for wine ever since I took a wine tasting course in college – too bad it was an elective with no course credit. As the mom of a 10-month old at the time, I needed something flexible so I could stay home with my daughter, but still add to our family income since we had just purchased a house out of our price range! I decided before I even got to the event that day that if the wine was good, I was going to get started. The wine was not only good, it was GREAT, so I started immediately. And how glad I am that I did! I’ve been able to build a great business over the last 3 years, introducing new consultants and event guests to the wonderful world of wine. And now with 2 girls (a 4-year old and a 2-year old), I have no plans to go back to a desk job – drinking wine is much more fun, and I get to stay home with them!

I would love to help you get started with The Traveling Vineyard too! We are looking for wine enthusiasts, not wine experts. You can learn about wine while tasting it with your guests! Really, what could be better?
